ICICI Lombard insurance customer service review: The most horrible

I really can't believe what prompted me to write a blog after aagggeeess... it was ICICI Lombard overseas travel insurance customer service. They would not know if a policy can be extended, they would hung up on you not once, not twice but 300 times. They would stop responding to your chat.. I can't believe ICICI has such a horrible customer service.

I am going through the same experience. Its really frustrating to deal with the custom service of ICICI Lombard. After a long delay I get hold of one of the representative but after taking all the details he said someone will call you back within 24 hours and not to your surprise I did not get any call back.
Even for an extension the premium amount is almost double the amount I paid initially. I was reading different forum and it seems that they did not reimburse any claims so I finally decided not to go with them and choose some local insurance company in US.
